FULFILLING MY CIVIC DUTY

Friday I had the "pleasure" of sitting for about 7 hours in the Los Angeles Superior Court - Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Center. Three panels were called in the morning. I sat. No panels were called in the afternoon. I sat. 4:15 pm came and I left with my green proof of service in hand. Not too bad. A bit boring.

    Hmmm... I sat in a similar room on Tuesday of last week. It was a good time with my books and newly aquired green ipod mini.

    Tis the season... I would not have minded, except that my body decided to have a mini-rebellion last week and I felt physically lousy.
