REMEMBER

Marvelous forgetters,
our minds.

We forget
who we were,
who we are,
who he is.

We forget
what we've done,
what he's done.

Forgetting
is dangerous.
Ignorance
feeds the old me,
making wrong
too easy.

So, remember:

Without him
we're cut off.

Without him
we're disconnected.

Without him
we're strangers.

Remember:

In him
we're holy ones.

In him
we're one people.

In him
we're family.

In him
we're his house.

Remember.

    Wow!

I would like to use this at our gathering next Sunday. Would you mind?

I am preparing to talk on the purpose of the Church and the intimate, intense, vital connection between the Head and the Body.

This would, I think (detail still taking shape), fit perfectly.

  2. You may. In fact, I would be honored.

Also, let me know how it goes. These splats are rather like my children, and I do so like to know what they are up to.
