Coming up in April, I'll be (co-)leading a TFB Academy discussing the question, "What is worship?" These posts are the beginning of my thinking. These are, admittedly, rough and initial responses to the passages.

Psalm 66

This is worship: remembering our history, your history, and my history; rehearsing it before the gathering; and interpreting it in terms of God's acts. We remember and rehearse in order that we might more clearly see his hand. We remember and rehearse in order that we might be trained for worship.
