ROASTING ALL 'ROUND

  • Sumptuous: Wild rice, roasted cauliflower (tossed in EVOO), crimini mushrooms (pan-roasted in their own juice, and roasted corn
  • Sweet: Apples pan-roasted with black pepper, sweet potatoes (oven-roasted)--served over plain NF yogurt
  • Protein: Wild salmon, wrapped in dandelion greens and lightly steamed, served with a pomegranate-blueberry reduction.
