Trying Out a New Eat-Move Routine

Monday, January 4, 2010
Morning: 1.5 mile walk and an almost intermittent fast (coffee is still a must for me)

Noon: Zucchini, Cod, and a bit of Chayote,
in olive oil, grass-fed butter,
and roasted sesame oil

Noon: Chayote, grass-fed butter, and pepper

2:30 pm: Backyard fresh bell peppers,
backyard fresh avocado, cod, lemon zest,
lemon juice, and olive oil.


8:00 pm: Pork rinds, Kerrygold Cheddar,
and Dark Chocolate
