God, creator,
maker of racoons and avocadoes
You are my God


God of Adam,
who keeps your word, even when it means separation
You are my God


God of Noah,
one who sends out justice with water, demanding holiness
You are my God


God of Abram,
transforming pagan into man of faith by calling and by promise
You are my God


God of Isaac,
demander of sacrifice and giver of nations
You are my God


God of Jacob,
wrestler and giver of sons and hope
You are my God


God of Joseph,
watcher and ruler-maker, keeping of life
You are my God


God of Judah,
maker of kings
You are my God


God of Moses,
giver of laws and maker of a kingdom and priests
You are my God


God of David,
giver of grace and honor
You are my God


God of Zerubbabel,
rebuilder of altars
You are my God


God of Nehemiah,
giver of safety and home
