Genesis 41:17-42:17 ~ Matthew 13:24-46 ~ Psalm 18:1-15 ~ Proverbs 4:1-6

Every time I read the account of Joseph in Egypt, I am impressed with God's care for the Egyptians and many others outside the family of Israel.

Genesis 41:57 (emphasis mine)
Moreover, all the earth came to Egypt to Joseph to buy grain, because the famine was severe over all the earth.
At the end of his life, Joseph assesses his time in Egypt:
Genesis 50:18-20 (emphasis mine)
His brothers also came and fell down before him and said, "Behold, we are your servants." But Joseph said to them, "Do not fear, for am I in the place of God? As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good, to bring it about that many people should be kept alive, as they are today.
Yup, God's good.
