A few of my friends suffer from insomnia (for various reasons), so when I came across this BBC Science sleep resource, it caught my eye. I did the sleep profile and the daily rhythm. Even though I rarely have insomnia, I am often very sleepy mid-afternoon. These resources provided helpful insight--like take a short nap around 2 pm and get up at the same time every day (yeah, I knew these, but the charts and graphs sealed the deal).
