- Saturday: 3x10 circuit of presses, band lats, band delts, and squats
- Sunday: rest
- Monday and Tuesday: one mile walk at about 3 mph (the normal for me), but at an altitude of around 5,000 feet (I'm normally about sea level) and including one section of very steep terrain. Did this both days without stopping after the incline (vast improvement over last summer).
- All days: 6-8 hours of sleep...yay!
