- 2 lbs stew beef
- 1 bottle Stone IPA
- 1 bunch beets
- 2 T coconut oil
- Marinate stew beef (~1 inch chunk) in Stone IPA overnight.
- Sweat chopped beets over very low heat (~1/2 inch chunk) in coconut oil for about 15 minutes.
- Add drained, marinated stew beef.
- Cook over low heat until the beef has cooked and tenderized acceptably.
