beef flap meat with onions, avocado, tomato, and spinach

calves liver with kumquat over arugala

asparagus, beef flap meat, and onion

bacon, eggs, homemade creme fraiche

arugala and tuna salad, with fresh picked lemon juice dressing

over medium-hard eggs with plain sheep yogurt and pepper
