Nearly anything wrapped in bacon is better

Bacon-wrapped bananas

  • chunks of banana (about 1 to 1.5 inches)
  • bacon of your choice (I like thick cut)
  • tooth picks
  1. Cut bananas.
  2. Wrap bacon around banana chunk.
  3. Secure by piercing open end of bacon with toothpick.
  4. Fry over medium head until bacon is crisp.
  5. Drain on a paper towel.
  6. Enjoy.
Note: Do the math to figure out how much fruit or vege to buy: 1 strip of bacon per piece of fruit.

This same procedure can be used for any fruit or vege. Be creative and experiment.
