Food--a week tinged with red

  • Breakfast: boiled egg, kefir, almonds, and maybe some fruit.
  • Lunch: beef, marinated in grapefruit juice and slow-cooked in Stone IPA with beets and tomato; salad of Romaine, Mache, Radicchio, tomato, raw beet, and grapefruit
  • Dinner: raw cabbage and bok choy, topped with sole, cooked in lemon olive oil and marinated sweet lime juice.
