Curried Hot Chocolate (non-dairy)

1/2 c Coconut Milk
2 t Curry powder
1/2 square Scharffen Berger baking chocolate, fine chop
1 T grade B maple syrup

  • Heat coconut milk
  • Add curry powder and maple syrup and simmer a few minutes to combine flavors
  • Add chocolate and melt
  • Enjoy immediately
