spinach and sardines

slow cooked lamb shank and turnip greens

eggs and kerrygold butter

slow cooked lamb shank and butternut squash

slow cooked lamb shank, foraged mint leaves, and a vege I can't remember

calves liver, pan fried apricot, and microwaved sunchoke
