GOD IS...WE MUST

1, 2, 3 John

There is light and its absence.
God is light.

There is truth and its absence.
God is truth.

There is life and its absence.
God is life.

There is choice and intention.
We must choose.
We must intend.

This is the message we have heard from him and proclaim to you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all...We know that we are from God, and the whole world lies in the power of the evil one. And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us understanding, so that we may know him who is true; and we are in him who is true, in his Son Jesus Christ. He is the true God and eternal life.

1 John 1:5; 5:19-20

And this is love, that we walk according to his commandments; this is the commandment, just as you have heard from the beginning, so that you should walk in it.

2 John 6

For I rejoiced greatly when the brothers came and testified to your truth, as indeed you are walking in the truth.
