- 3 pounds bision tri-tip
- 1 teaspoon whole cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon whole coriander
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 3 bay leaves
- Grind all spices and herbs.
- Mix herbs with vinegar in a zip top bag.
- Add bison to bag.
- Remove as much air as possible, seal bag, and refrigerate at least over night.
- Enjoy.
