Started the day with a one mile walk and good coffee with heavy cream.
Cod, poached in the juice of Zucchini,
with roasted sesame oil, light soy sauce, and olive oil
Cod, covered with yellow mustard,
and poached under savoy cabbage and red chili,
with grass-fed butter

Dinner was Kerrygold Dubliner and Stone Smoked Porter (semi-primal, but darn tasty).
In bed by 10 pm.
