Every Christian who declares God's truth is a delegate of God, working so that all may know that God is God.
God is the owner and revealer of the truth about himself. He often chooses to proclaim this truth through human delegates. Proclamation by the human delegates points back to God. The purpose of the proclamation is that the hearers may know that God is God in his holiness, justice, and love. The hearers' response to the truth is their responsibility.
