...but dang is there stuff before then. Tomorrow at 1:30 pm, my philosophy of ministry paper needs to be in the hands of my prof (or the dept sec, Val). Thankfully, I am past the outline stage of yesterday--meaning no all-nighter!--but I've lots to do this evening in editing and polishing. Ya know, writing a paper that sums up 94 units of graduate school is tough.
That said, sometime tomorrow I will begin reading Frankenstein, by Mary Shelley.
Barnes & Noble Collector's Library edition... a mere $4.95
While I've seen numerous movie versions, I've never read the book. I can't wait to do a bit of fiction therapy before beginning the intense Summer reading
I was going to ask you what book you decided on. Enjoy! I am already on the fourth fictional book of the summer, the first three however, were not worth noting.
ReplyDeletegloater... so, what's the fourth??
ReplyDelete"kira - kira" by Cynthia Kadahata. Whereas you read the children's classics, my summer read is the newest newberry winner. This is the 2004 prize winner. The first three were the Amish stories, see my page for more.
