Sanctify is in the process of birthing. Listening together to the voice of God in John 17 is a major part of this process. As teacher, I have asked the leaders to read the entire gospel of John and then write one concise sentence that captures the meaning and significance of this gospel. In addition, they are to do the same with John 13-17.

ReplyDeleteJesus, the Messiah and the very image of God his father, came to earth to teach the lost about himself and his father, to heal the spiritually and physically ill, to guide his disciples in being Christ-like, to stand firm against the Pharisees' constant accusations and heckling, and to lay down his life to pay for the sins of the world.
