- lamb shoulder chop, 2
- coriander, 2 t
- cumin, 2 t
- turmeric, 1 t
- garlic, 6 cloves
- coconut oil, 3 T (or more)
- savoy cabbage, shredded, 1 head
- pink salt, to taste
- Heat oven to 400 F.
- Grind spices and rub on chops.
- Place chops in oven-safe pan.
- Cover pan with foil.
- Back 15 minutes, then uncover and bake until done.
- Remove chops from pan.
- Add shredded savoy to pot and add drippings from chop bake.
- Add coconut oil as needed.
- Simmer in oil until cabbage is tender and succulent.
- Add salt to taste.
