- French Fries from Fabulous Burgers
- Beef heart from Slankers
- Smoked Cheddar with a Paprika crust
- Midas Touch ale
- Grade B maple syrup
- KerryGold salted butter
- Purchase the fries
- Cut heart in small cubes
- Fry heart over low heat in butter until barely pink
- Add about a cup of the ale to make the sauce
- Add about a tablespoon of maple syrup
- Reduce over low heat
- Put hot fries in a large bowl
- Cube the cold cheese and place on hot fries
- Pour heart and sauce over cheese and fries
- Enjoy with no regrets--I used Canada Day as my excuse.
