The commitment to write each morning has one major downfall: the blank mind staring at the blank page staring back. It insists on fear--writer's block, so-called--but it lacks power, for commitment remains. I will write, even if about not having anything to write, for writing is primarily about task, not about inspiration.
So, for today, this is the fruit of my morning ten minutes: a renewed commitment kept and a page filled.
