Ministery "as" and "to" (Ephesians 4:7-16)

All members do ministry as the Body of Christ, and a few do ministry toward the Body.

• A few members minister to the body (APEST) through equipping.
• All members minister as the body (saints), so that the body and members mature.
• The church is persons-in-community-in-Christ, equipped by a few person-gifts (APEST) to grow themselves as the body of Christ toward full maturity and proper functioning.
